Privacy Policy
This policy applies to all The Pangry games for iOS and Android and to thepangry.com. Our games have no accounts and no chat, and we never ask for your name or email.

What data is processed and why

We do not sell your data.
Third-party services we use
These are the services used in our games; each game uses only some of them. They receive the data above, and some, such as ad networks, also use it for their own purposes under their own policies:
- Google: AdMob and its advertising partners, Firebase, Google Play and Google Play Games. How Google uses data from apps · Firebase

- Unity Technologies: game engine and advertising. Unity's policy
- OneSignal: notifications. OneSignal's policy
We will only share data with others if the law requires it or if a game passes to a new owner, who must respect this policy.
Ads and consent
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, you will only see personalised ads if you consent in the form the game shows. If a game does not show that form, its ads are not personalised in those regions. You can also:
- On iPhone and iPad: turn off tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- On Android: delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads (the path varies by manufacturer).
How long data is kept
Usage statistics, up to 14 months. Leaderboard and multiplayer data, while the game remains active or until you ask us to delete it. Your emails, 2 years. Ad data is kept by Google and its partners under their own policies.
Transfers outside the EU
Google, Apple, Unity and OneSignal may process data in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Our games are for a general audience and are not directed at children. Children under 14 (or the age set by their country's law) need permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it to take elsewhere, and withdraw your consent. Write to hi@thepangry.com naming the game. It is free and we reply within one month. As there is no sign-up, we may need details such as your Game Center or Google Play Games name to find your data.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of The Pangry games and website, offered by Juan Manuel Altamirano Argudo. By using them, you accept these terms.
- Age. The games are not directed at children. Children under 14 need permission from a parent or guardian.
- Permitted use. You may play for personal, non-commercial use. Cheating, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering and disrupting other players in multiplayer are not allowed.
- Purchases and ads. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are also governed by their terms. Refunds are requested from Apple or Google. The games show ads.
- Intellectual property. The games, their graphics, music, logos and texts belong to The Pangry or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.
- Availability. The games are provided as they are. We may update, change or withdraw them, and we do not guarantee they will always be available or free of errors.
- Liability. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the games, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Suspension. We may block multiplayer access for anyone who breaches these terms.
- Changes. If we make important changes to these terms, we will show them on this page with a new date.
- Governing law. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the consumer protection granted by the law of your country.

Servicios de terceros que usamos
Estos son los servicios que usamos en nuestros juegos. Cada juego usa solo algunos. Reciben los datos de arriba y algunos, como las redes de publicidad, los usan también para sus propios fines según sus políticas:

Solo daremos datos a otros si la ley nos obliga o si un juego pasa a otro dueño, que deberá respetar esta política.
Publicidad y consentimiento
En el Espacio Económico Europeo, el Reino Unido y Suiza, solo verás anuncios personalizados si das tu consentimiento en el formulario que muestra el juego. Si un juego no muestra ese formulario, sus anuncios no son personalizados en esas regiones. Además puedes:
- En iPhone y iPad: desactivar el rastreo en Ajustes › Privacidad y seguridad › Rastreo.
- En Android: eliminar o restablecer tu ID de publicidad en Ajustes › Privacidad › Anuncios (la ruta varía según el fabricante).
Cuánto tiempo se guardan
Las estadísticas de uso, 14 meses como máximo. Los datos de clasificaciones y multijugador, mientras el juego siga activo o hasta que pidas borrarlos. Tus emails, 2 años. Los datos de publicidad los guardan Google y sus socios según sus propias políticas.
Transferencias fuera de la UE
Google, Apple, Unity y OneSignal pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. Lo hacen al amparo del Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. y de las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
Menores
Nuestros juegos son para público general y no están dirigidos a niños. Los menores de 14 años (o la edad que fije la ley de su país) necesitan permiso de su padre, madre o tutor. Si crees que un menor nos ha dado datos, escríbenos y los borraremos.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, limitar u oponerte a su uso, llevártelos a otro servicio y retirar tu consentimiento. Escribe a hi@thepangry.com indicando el juego. Es gratis y respondemos en un mes como máximo. Como no hay registro, puede que necesitemos datos como tu nombre en Game Center o Google Play Juegos para encontrar los tuyos.
Si no estás conforme, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cambios
Si cambiamos esta política, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba.
Términos de servicio
Estos términos regulan el uso de los juegos y la web de The Pangry, ofrecidos por Juan Manuel Altamirano Argudo. Al usarlos, los aceptas.
- Edad. Los juegos no están dirigidos a niños. Los menores de 14 años necesitan permiso de su padre, madre o tutor.
- Uso permitido. Puedes jugar para tu uso personal y no comercial. No está permitido hacer trampas, aprovechar fallos, hacer ingeniería inversa ni molestar a otros jugadores en el multijugador.
- Compras y anuncios. Las compras se hacen a través del App Store o Google Play y se rigen también por sus condiciones. Los reembolsos se piden a Apple o a Google. Los juegos muestran anuncios.
- Propiedad intelectual. Los juegos, sus gráficos, música, logotipos y textos son de The Pangry o de sus licenciantes. No puedes copiarlos ni distribuirlos sin permiso.
- Disponibilidad. Ofrecemos los juegos tal como están. Podemos actualizarlos, cambiarlos o retirarlos, y no garantizamos que estén siempre disponibles o libres de errores.
- Responsabilidad. No respondemos de daños indirectos derivados del uso de los juegos, salvo en caso de dolo o negligencia grave. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te da la ley como consumidor.
- Suspensión. Podemos bloquear el acceso al multijugador a quien incumpla estos términos.
- Cambios. Si cambiamos estos términos de forma importante, lo indicaremos en esta página con una nueva fecha.
- Ley aplicable. Se aplica la ley española, sin perjuicio de la protección que te dé la ley de tu país como consumidor.
